Changed your mind or incorrect item ordered?
We offer a 14-day* money back returns policy to our customers providing all items returned are in their original un-used condition and packaging.
To return your product, please include a note with your name, address and order number and send your return to:

We do not cover the cost of the return postage. Please package the item well and retain your proof of postage. Once inspected, we will refund you via your original payment method within 5 working days.
*items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they do not meet the above requirements, no returns will be accepted after 90 days. Whilst Jaycotts makes every effort to provide correct information and goods, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are correct before use. Please always contact us in the first instance if you believe there to be an issue with the goods you have received.
This is in addition to your statutory rights as a customer in the United Kingdom.
Exceptions: Custom made items such as Extension Tables and the Horn Furniture range are excluded from this returns guarantee.
Sewing Machines, Overlockers and Dress Forms are only covered by this guarantee if they were purchased for normal domestic purposes and used in a household environment.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong goods received?
We ask customers to advise us within 48 hours of delivery if any item has arrived damaged or is missing from an order. This ensures we can investigate where the damage or oversight occurred and fix this promptly for you.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under current distance selling regulations, the above returns policy is applicable only to consumers.
Where supplies are made to businesses or organisations the above returns policy will be applicable at our discretion
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, simply place an order for your required replacement on our website and return the initial item for a refund in full when it is received back in our warehouse
