At Jaycotts, our commitment is to provide swift delivery, ensuring your orders reach you as soon as possible. We utilize Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service for regular orders, while bulky or high-value orders are dispatched via DPD Next Day delivery.

NOTE deliveries can take longer than usual during periods when parcel carriers are experiencing disruption / staff absences / unusually high demand.

Please ensure you enter your postal address correctly when placing your order as we will not be responsible for orders lost in the transit due to incorrect addressing.

Stock & Back-Orders 

Our warehouse holds stock of thousands of sewing supplies and related products. Occasionally, an item may go out of stock just before an order is placed.
In such circumstances, out of stock items will be placed on back-order for you and will then be despatched upon arrival at our warehouse.

Any back-orders are normally fulfilled in seven working days.
In some cases, issues with the supply chain may lead to a longer delay but you'll always be given the option to cancel if you feel the expected delivery date is not acceptable.

If for any reason goods can not be supplied then payment will be refunded in full.

Delivery outside of the UK

Unfortunately we have had to suspend all dispatch to countries outside of the UK for the present time.
