Cloud 9 Fabric Organic Cotton, Topical Garden Rhythm

Tropical Garden was inspired by the exuberant shapes, colours and sounds of nature in the tropics. This collection features exotic flora and fauna bursting forth after the warm monsoon rains.

With a soft drape and beautiful quality, this fabric is ideal for patchwork, quilting, dressmaking, bag making, soft furnishings and crafts. We suggest garments such as shirts, summer dresses or pyjamas. If dressmaking is not your bag, this would be ideal for cushions, bags structured with Decovil or Style Vil, or whatever your creative inspiration desires.

Being a fine cotton, strong contrasts will be visible through the whites and creams in this range so some garments will benefit from being lined.

Designer

Sue Gibbins is a surface designer from northwest England. Before setting up her design studio, she lived in tropical climes finding creative inspiration from her adventures. Her contemporary, yet often nostalgic artwork, is heavily influenced by nature, pattern and colour. She loves to find joy in the small things and translates that into happy designs.

Care instructions

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, remove promptly, non-chlorine bleach. Warm iron if needed. Pre washing recommended.
