Designed in the UK for Simplicity, this fabric collection celebrates the elegance and style of Simplicity vintage designs with the added fun of a sewing theme.

The fabric is of lovely quality with a light weight and a soft drape, making it ideal for a range of projects including dressmaking, crafts, quilting and small soft furnishings.

We suggest garments such as shirts, lined floaty dresses or skirts, tunics for over beach wear or whatever your creative inspiration desires. If bag making is your thing, you can add structure with Decovil light  or Style Vil, to add to the creative possibilities of this beautiful fabric.

Being a fine cotton, strong contrasts will be visible through the lighter shades of the range so some garments will benefit from being lined.

Care instructions

Delicate machine wash cold or hand wash, do not wring and avoid a fast spin. Do not bleach. Cool iron if needed. Pre washing recommended.

Sewing Suggestions

The fun design on this fabric would look great on a bag.  We suggest adding structure and making a bag from Simplicity 9304 bag pattern
